1- Follow this link and visit accounts.google.com
2- After visiting this link scroll down and you see Account prefences and click on Delete Account and data.
3- Then click on delete account and data. After that you must tick on the boxes that are present there at last tap on Delete Account.
Congratulations your account has been deleted.
Remember: You must read all the terms & conditions which given on the site before you tick on the boxes. And you must follow that terms & conditions.
